- Display name and username
- Bio (optional)
- Profile photo (optional)
Information Generated Through Use
- Music listening history (song titles, artist names, listening progress percentage)
- Optional messages attached to song sends
- Comments and reactions on song exchanges
- Friend connections (usernames only)
- Voltage streak data (exchange frequency counts between friend pairs)
- Device push notification token (for in-app notifications)
How We Use Your Information
- To power the core music-sharing feature
- To show your friends' activity in your feed
- To manage friend connections
- To send push notifications about new songs and friend requests
- To enforce the full-listen requirement (scrub detection)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion permanently removes all data associated with your account from our systems.

Children's Privacy
The Aux is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date when we do. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
